Location to West Point was good.
Cleanliness, maintenance of facility.
-
Staff very friendly, excellent location
dead moths were all over our door frame, mold-like black spots on bathroom ceiling, cigarette burns on sheets
-
The room was clean. The price was affordable and a good location to West Point
No TV service, bathroom fan in disrepair
-
Beds were firm
Bathroom under bath rubber mat was hair mold and this yellow substance.
-
Nothing about this place was good
The room was full of bugs. We asked for non smoking. The small was so strong that had to leave the place in the middle of the night & drive 3 hours back home. There were cigarettes holds all over the carpet...disgusting. Totally ruined our weekend activities
-
clean comfortable and close to USMA.
breakfast and Wi-Fi Sucked
-
Very basic, OK
Breakfast was not satisfactory No one in attendance
-
It was weird checking in after 10pm. They just leave your key in a mailbox. So you need to change or card or pay cash make sure to get there before 10 pm
Breakfast was just bagged muffins
-
the location was good and the staff was accomodating
the room was used hard and smelled of smoke. It was clean but in need of updating

We attended the Army football game at 7PM. I booked two rooms. My daughter's family's room was infested with flies. The toilet seat was dirty. Management gave her a new room. It was fair. My room had mold, some flies and was generally dirty. The bathroom had pink mold. Thank God it was a one night stay!

I vacationed in the Catskills as a child with my family so I would say it is a average Hotel/Motel for upstate New York. For the type of local place it was, the staff was very nice and it was kept clean which is most important to me.
-
It was close to are final destination, it was clean.
Breakfast, didn't expect a motel, two double beds one was on top of the air-conditioning
-
The location to West Point is great! The staff was helpful and friendly.
The dead cockroach in the bathroom (at least it was dead). The bathroom light fixture had no cover and the wiring inside was covered in dust and cobwebs. And the maids completely forgot our room on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay.

I would put this motel at the lower end of acceptability. It is old, not updated, carpets were dirty, bathroom light fixtures did not have a cover, light bulb missing, and when we left Alice car made a sweep through the parking lot. I was charged to different rates for each night!! They said that is what I asked for!!!!

Great location! Close to everything including highways but did could not hear the traffic at night.
